TIP: Truth is that trunks can be stylish and multi-functional (storage and display case type deals).

Hotel Chelsea (1883)

A vintage hotel and landmark in New York City, housed by artists such as Janis Joplin and associates of Andy Warhol's Factory. This hotel is intriguingly designed.

Interior Design Defined

The National Council for Interior Design Qualification defines Interior Design as:
a multi-faceted profession in which creative and technical solutions are applied within a structure to achieve a built interior environment. These solutions are functional, enhance the quality of life and culture of the occupants and are aesthetically attractive. Designs are created in response to and coordinated with the building shell and acknowledge the physical location and social context of the project.

TIP: When describing your work, don't use words like simple or beautiful. Instead professionally explain your work's process.

HGTV's Design Star: Episode 6

Episode 6 was quite an embarrassment for one of the teams, but the winning team did an amazing job. Designing an apartment for the Trump Park Residences is an opportunity that should not be treated like any other, and therefore should exemplify posh architecture and lavish amenities.
